Transformation Health Diagnostic

Find out why the program is slipping—and what to do next.

The Saepius Transformation Health Diagnostic is a paid, fixed-scope, evidence-based assessment designed for 10 business days. It establishes the current condition, identifies contributing factors and root causes, and clarifies the actions required to move forward.

01

When a Diagnostic may be appropriate

  • Status reports say green, but milestones keep moving.
  • Leaders disagree about what is blocking progress.
  • Testing, data or business preparation is falling behind the plan.
  • Escalations keep returning without a decision or owner.
  • You need an independent view before committing more time, money or resources.
02

Six interconnected domains

  • Business Value and Outcomes — whether the transformation remains connected to the business and operational value it was intended to create.
  • Leadership Alignment and Decisions — whether priorities, sponsorship and consequential decisions provide clear direction.
  • Governance and Accountability — whether ownership, decision rights, responsibilities and escalation paths support execution.
  • Execution and Delivery Control — whether plans, dependencies, risks, issues, changes and reporting provide credible control.
  • Solution and Operational Readiness — whether requirements, design, data, integrations, testing, support and operations are ready.
  • Capability, Adoption and Continuity — whether people can adopt, operate, govern and sustain the resulting processes and technology.
03

What you receive

A written readout across the six domains, a prioritized list of risks, and a recommended path forward, reviewed with your leadership team in a working session.

  • A documented readout of observations, evidence and contributing factors.
  • Priorities for leadership decisions and follow-through.
  • A clear basis for deciding the next step.

What we need from you

Access to your program lead, key stakeholders, and current program documents for the ten business days.

  • Access to the stakeholders involved in planning, delivery and business operations.
  • Relevant plans, decisions, risks, governance records and other agreed documents.
05

What happens after the readout

The right next step may be internal action, continued observation, a focused Recovery Sprint, a defined advisory or execution scope, another provider, or no immediate external engagement. Saepius does not require every Diagnostic to lead to additional work.

Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation: global semiconductor company

As Engagement Manager with a global systems integrator.

Situation

The company was replacing its legacy planning, data and ERP environment with Kinaxis RapidResponse in phases. During delivery, the key onshore architect resigned, functional designs repeatedly fell short of client expectations, and customer escalations mounted while several workstreams ran in parallel.

Role

Led delivery, replanning, and project governance for a cross-functional team of developers, project managers, and architects.

Outcome

  • Went live on budget despite losing a key resource mid-project.
  • Replanned the functional design specifications several times to close gaps with client expectations, without affecting the development schedule.
  • Backfilled the architect role and brought in an additional technical lead to relieve the capacity crunch.
  • Closed first-sprint system integration testing with no delays. 30 of 33 user stories were complete, and four core planning specifications were signed off.
  • Kept the team sustainable through parallel workstreams and escalations by rebalancing workload and bringing in support.
