Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a resource, book a consultation, or contact us, we collect:

First and last name

Email address

Organization

Your acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy, and the date you gave it

Your choice about receiving marketing emails, and the date you made it

Anything you choose to include in a message to us

Information collected automatically. Our website hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and request time to operate and secure the Site. When you submit a website form, we record the form page and any campaign information included in its link. We do not currently use Google Analytics or other optional Saepius analytics or marketing cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that does not use cookies or track individuals, to understand overall website traffic.

Necessary cookies. We use cookies to remember your cookie choices and, after a successful workbook request, authorize workbook downloads. See our Cookie Policy for their purposes and retention periods.

Scheduling consultations. The consultation page loads Calendly automatically. Calendly processes scheduling information and uses its own cookies and cookie controls. Saepius cookie choices do not change your Calendly cookie preferences.

What we do not collect. The Project Health Self-Assessment is a workbook you download and complete on your own device. Your answers are never sent to Saepius, and the Site does not ask you to answer its questions online.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

Deliver the resource you requested, including a confirmation email with your download link

Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations you book

Keep an accurate record of our relationship with you and the choices you have made

Send marketing emails, only if you have agreed to receive them

Understand how the Site is used and improve it

Protect the Site against spam, fraud, and misuse

Marketing communications

We send marketing emails, such as insights and transformation resources, only to people who have chosen to receive them. Agreeing to marketing is never required to receive a resource.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing solutions@saepius.com.

Some emails are not marketing. If you request a resource, we will send you an email with your download link. If you book a consultation or contact us, we will reply about that request. These messages are sent whether or not you have agreed to marketing.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

Notion, which we use to keep our contact and relationship records

An email delivery provider, which sends resource and marketing emails

Our website hosting provider, which runs the Site

Our scheduling tool, which handles consultation bookings

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Saepius or others.

How long we keep information

We keep contact and relationship records for as long as we have a business relationship or a reasonable expectation of one, and as long as needed to honor your choices, such as a request not to receive marketing. When we no longer need the information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

To make a request, email solutions@saepius.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. If we keep a record that you asked not to be contacted, we keep only what is needed to honor that request.

California residents

Under California law, you may review and request changes to the personal information we hold about you by contacting us as described above.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. The Site does not currently respond to these signals. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended.

Children

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, and we limit access to people and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on the Site or email you if you have given us your email address.
