After years of delivering supply chain transformation programs, I keep returning to the same observations. Across industries, across technologies, across organizations of every size.
I have walked into engagements where everything looked right on paper. Scope defined. Resources assigned. Timeline approved. Leadership aligned.
And yet, within weeks, the same cracks would appear.
People who knew the technology but not the business context behind it. Requirements gathered by people who understood the old process, not the future state. Subject matter experts assigned by availability, not expertise. Nobody had clearly defined what "done" looked like, so nobody saw the trouble coming.
By the time the gaps surfaced, the damage was done. Schedules slipped. Budgets stretched. Confidence eroded.
I have seen this across Kinaxis RapidResponse programs and SAP implementations of every kind: IBP, S/4HANA, SAC Planning, Datasphere, Cloud ALM, RISE with SAP. Different technologies, same story.
The technology was never the problem. The problem was judgment, ownership, and alignment, and it was there before the work began.
The good news is that these problems are visible early, if someone is looking for them and willing to say so out loud. That is the work Saepius was built to do.
At least that has been my experience, shaped by years of being in these rooms.
If your program looks right on paper but does not feel right, start with the Project Health Self-Assessment, or book thirty minutes with me.
